Will the advent calendar be delivered together with the other products I’ve ordered?
If you have ordered more than one advent calendar or purchased other products as well, your order will be sent in two packages. The calendars are pre-packed and will be sent in separate packages. The other products will therefore also be sent in a separate package. You will therefore receive two tracking links.
When will my order be delivered?
Our delivery time is up to 10 business days outside the Nordic region. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order is shipped.
Can I buy multiple calendars?
If you want to buy more than one advent calendar, we advice you to purchase your wished amount of calendars in the same order. If you place several orders with the same products, there is a risk that the later placed orders will be cancelled.

What are the functions of the new brushes?
There are two new eye brushes in the advent calendar. First; the E22 mini tapered brush, where the tapered tip reaches every small crevice, and allows you to flawlessly define every feature. The second brush is the E23 smudge brush. The smudging brush is a must-have for anyone who wants to create a more dramatic look with their eye makeup. It's used to set the eyes and crease, blend out harsh lines and create smokey eye effects.
How many of the products are full size?
The majority are full size products; 21 of 24 products are full size!
There are two eyeshadow pencils in the calendar, how are they supposed to be used?
Draw a line at the upper lash line, from the inner to outer corner of the eye, or apply it on the entire eyelid. Use your fingertips or a smudge brush to blend, and if you want, add a second shade that you can combine with the first. You can also use a small eyeshadow brush, pad it on the tip of the pencil, and mark your lower lashline.
How do I use the mini blenders?
The mini blenders are perfect to blend out your concealer with, or any other product where you want to achieve a more precise application.
How do I use the cleansing mitt?
Place your hand into the mitt, just add warm water and remove all makeup/pollution etc from the face. Follow with your active cleanser.
How do you use the face puff?
The face puff is perfect to set an under eye setting powder over your concealer.
Can I wash the toiletry bag?
We would not recommend washing the toiletry bag in the machine since the material is fragile.
