RETURNS 

As a CAIA customer, we want you to always feel confident that you will receive new, fresh, and unopened products. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of tested or opened products. If your products are completely unopened, you can cancel your purchase within 30 days. 

We do not provide a shipping label for returns; you must cover the cost of shipping. Items are returned at your own risk, and we recommend that you send the package using a traceable method - PLEASE NOTE! Do not send your return via registered post/Schenker. If possible, please reuse the original box in which you received your order as the outer packaging for your return.

Clearly address the return to CAIA Cosmetics, include a note stating your name, order number, and e-mail address inside the package, and send it to:

Refunds of received and approved returns will be made within 30 days. If we cannot accept your return for any reason, we will notify you via e-mail.

CLAIM

If you have a claim about your purchase, you are welcome to contact our customer service team via the contact form available here. To ensure we can process your claim as quickly as possible, please attach a clear image/video in which we can see the defect you have discovered, as well as the batch number of the product. 

Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with normal wear and tear or the ageing of products.

Beauty Icons AB reserves the right to first endeavour to remedy the problem. If this is not possible, the next step is to send the customer a new product. If neither of these options is possible, we will issue a refund. Please note that Beauty Icons AB is not responsible for the shipping cost of returns.

In the event of a dispute, we comply with all decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
