You can use a lip pencil to achieve a variety of looks. It all depends on how you use it. One option is to use it as a liner to define the contours of your lips and enhance their shape before applying lipstick. You can also line your lips and then fill them in with color using your lip pencil. Afterwards, apply your favorite lipstick or liquid lipstick. Or, only wear lip pencil if you want a more matte result.
Want to create the illusion of fuller lips? Use your lip pencil to draw the contours of your lips beyond their natural lines. For more even, lasting results, we recommend that you exfoliate your lips to remove dead skin cells before application. Be sure that your lips are moisturized, too.
