Let’s start with one of our fave hidden gems, The Bagni di Tiberio beach club is located on the northern coast of Capri. We had the best pasta on the island and on top of it all, we got to enjoy its famous crystal-clear azure waters. The beach club can be reached by foot from Marina Grande but most people prefer to arrive in style via the water, the boat shuttle is for free for all dining guests!

You've probably come across images of Da Paolino without even realizing it. Nestled above Marina Grande and situated in a lemon tree-filled garden, Da Paolino is an absolute must-visit destination. Underneath the 130 lemon trees you'll have the opportunity to indulge in traditional Italian delicacies. Picture overflowing bowls of rich, flavorful pasta dishes, as well as a selection of (not-surprisingly) lemon-based desserts.

La Vega is all about embracing the breezy Capri lifestyle. They've got an outdoor restaurant and a pool deck that's carved right into the rocks. It's been run by the same family for three generations, and it's no wonder it's a favorite among travelers who keep coming back for more. We totally get why! Their hospitality was outstanding during our visit to Capri, and we couldn't get enough of their delicious seafood pasta. It was simply amazing!

Unquestionably, La Fontelina stands as Capri's most iconic beach club, with its distinct blue and white striped umbrellas that often dominate Instagram feeds during high season. A word of warning; to access the best of beach clubs you will have to trek down the cliffs to get there. It's not so much the downward path that requires caution, but rather the uphill trek back to the top, which can be long and sweaty. Don’t underestimate the journey and come with practical shoes.

That's why I've got the perfect option for you—a mouthwatering focaccia you can grab on the fly. La Focacceria Capri is one of those cool, old-school sandwich joints you still find in Italy. They whip up fresh, made-to-order sandwiches that hit the spot. Whether you go for the heavenly combo of mortadella, pistachio and mozzarella di Bufala or keep it simple with a classic Caprese sandwich loaded with tomatoes and mozzarella, you're in for a treat. And the best part? It won't break the bank.
