How do I log in to “My Pages”?
You log in by clicking on the “My Pages” icon at the top right corner of your screen.
How do I change my password and personal data?
You change your password and personal data at “My Pages”. Log in by clicking on the “My Pages” icon at the top right corner of your screen.
Under the Customer Profile heading, you will see your personal data and you can also make any necessary changes to it.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “My Pages” icon at the top right corner of your screen. Then, just click on “Forgot your password?”.
You will need to enter your email address. Afterwards, you will receive a security code as well as instructions on how you change to the password sent to your email address.
I want to cancel my purchase. What do I do?

I want to switch items. What do I do?
Contact our customer service at: email@example.com. Make sure to provide us with your order number and tell us which item you would like to have instead.
