The primer contains several nourishing ingredients like Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which helps even out your skin tone and reduce the visibility of fine lines.
The Perfect Prime come with a spatula and you apply the product to your face after you've applied your moisturizer, but before you apply your makeup.
